“Honeymoon Eyes” is Freya Beer & Tom Saint’s brooding new single

“Honeymoon Eyes” is the new collaboration between Freya Beer and Tom Saint, with added production from Peter Hobbs, who launch their charismatic chemistry into the stratosphere with this steamy new single. The track starts out with a cool palette of electro-pop beats and Freya’s brooding voice which lays out the narrative of the doomed lovers at the heart of this emotive track. Recounting the fiery events are Tom’s equally bold vocals that give the track an even more poppier edge. It’s in the vibrant chorus that “Honeymoon Eyes” really sets the whole scene off – the exquisite synths and upbeat textures contrast to the lovers thinly veiled frustration as they try to avoid the inevitable end of their relationship.

“My new single ‘Honeymoon Eyes’ featuring Tom Saint is the perfect introduction to my next musical journey which I like to call my ‘Gothic-Disco’. The song embodies a dreamy essence but still pays homage to my “gothic-noir” which I’ve carried in my music from the beginning. The subject of the song is about being with an individual which feels too good to be true and plays a part in forbidden love.”

The release of “Honeymoon Eyes” comes ahead of Freya Beer’s UK tour.
