“What you wish you had done when that time comes. Give life? Read the dreams of humans? Find yourself in the arms of a volcano? Maybe you can do it now.”
Returning once again with her melancholic, beautiful, experimental and strikingly unique sound, Greek Experimental-Pop artist IOTA PHI is back with her new single ‘Wide Awake (C Dorian)’.
Effortlessly elegant and impactful, Wide Awake offers not only a stunning soundscape full of surprises and showcasing IOTA PHI’s stunning vocal but also a stunning cinematic video match. Reinforcing a powerful message of living life to the full, the songs powerful atmosphere and driving beat are complimented by a song with a impactful message at it’s heart.
Like much of her other work, ‘Wide Awake (C Dorian)’ is hypnotic and beautiful in a dark and haunting soundscape of electronics, comparable to early FKA Twigs and Art School Girlfriend. A talent with no signs of slowing down the new single comes ahead of IOTA PHI’s debut album which is due later this year.
