Despite hailing from the United States, Jordan Dean superbly channels British 2000s Garage Rock with his latest banger, ‘Feeling Strange’.
Citing influences such as Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes, Jordan Dean is bringing back those rough and rowdy sounds of the past with ‘Feeling Strange’. This is the kind of euphoric track you can imagine pulsating through a packed-out music venue, the crowd having the absolute time of their lives.
A direct critique of the ignorant and selfish culture in which we exist, the track celebrates the simple pleasures of hanging out with people and giving them your all without any expectations of reciprocation. It’s the kind of tune that just gets you, I think we can all relate to feeling a little strange from time to time!
Jordan Dean prides himself on his imperfect sound… but we think ‘Feeling Strange’ might just be the most perfectly imperfect track we’ve heard for a while!
