Australian Electro-Pop Newcomer Ronan Maclean Debuts On New Single ‘Right Here, Right Now’

Not to be confused with Fat Boy Slim’s smash hit on the same name, Australian Electro-Pop newcomer Ronan Maclean shines his debut single ‘Right Here, Right Now’.

Akin to the likes of La Roux and Pet Shop Boys, Ronan creates pop music which skirts on the edge of electronic music with tight beats and washy synths. An impressive debut that shines a light on the 16 year olds talents as a songwriter and a producer, the track see’s Ronan flex his 80s inspired dance-pop exploits under his controlled, delicate vocal delivery. Atmospheric, danceable and packed with catchy hooks, ‘Right Here, Right Now’ packs interesting ideas as well as heaps of commercial appeal.

Speaking about the single and how pop solo artist Charlie Puth inspired it said:
“This song is my Charlie Puth’s “One Call Away.” It’s very accessible and easy to listen to. Anyone who hears it gets a taste of what my style is with a catchy dance/pop record. It’s a feel good song with a chill, dancy chorus that appeals to almost everyone”
