3 must see artists at CloseUp Festival 2021

Every year, CloseUp Festival takes place at Colours, Hoxton, with a lineup that’s always jam-packed with some of the best upcoming artists across the United Kingdom.

Here are three artists playing this weekend that we think you really can’t miss.:

Pynch

The lo-fi music makers are already on their way to becoming one of the biggest names in music after their second release, Somebody Else went viral – fronted by Spencer Enock, the experimental quintet make addictive and highly anthemic music that will put you on cloud 9.

Trudy and the Romance

With a nod to 50s sounds, the Liverpudlians who we spoke with in 2017, make you feel nostalgic to a time that most of us never lived in, you’ll be twisting and shaking when you see them at Colours rocking ‘n rolling away.

VALERAS

Based in Reading, VALERAS are an indie-rock duo consisting of Venezuelan-born vocalist Rose Yagmur and drummer Max Sealy, their music features strong passionate vocals and synth layered sounds which create a real dynamic perfect for the stage.

Colours is comfortably the best-looking music venue in London after being given a refresh with a new name and a new modern design in late 2019.

Less than 20% of tickets remain for Closeup Festival 2021, you can find them on DICE here.
