Funky, criminally underrated quartet Dutch Criminal Record have just released the title-track from their upcoming EP ‘Waiting on the Weekend’ – which will be released in its entirety on Friday 24th August.
One thing synonymous with DCR is that they never fail to make music that makes you feel good. The school friends, who formed in 2012, combine influences from alternative rock and chill-pop in their latest release, which is packed with cool drum beats, slick guitar riffs which will spin around in your mind until you’ve popped your clogs.
Dutch Criminal Record release the music video for Waiting on the Weekend on Friday 17th August, and play an EP release show at Edge of the Wedge, Portsmouth on 5th September – tickets are priced at just £5.00 and can be bought here.
