Having signed with up and coming US label Conch Town Records, AstroYeti have been gradually building their profile with a whole host of press and radio play across the UK and US ahead of the release of their debut album which is due next year.
Now back with their latest offer ‘Box Wine’, the band once again showcase their witty lyricism, infectious instrumentation and generally fun and free approach to making music. Rich with dub rhythms, bright guitar lines, swelling organs and charasmatic vocal delivery, the track is a brilliant representation of the bands musical maturity and potential.
Vocalist and guitarist in the band, Mark King explains: “Box wine is a song about chasing your dreams no matter how hard the path might seem and feeling the weight and power of responsibility to actualize those dreams.”
