PREVIEW: RiZE Festival

For its debut year, Essex-based festival RiZE Festival has crafted a line-up filled to the brim with classic indie, pop and dance talent. The headliners are two of the most established names in the music industry, the infamous Liam Gallagher and Welsh rockers Stereophonics. They’re joined on the main stage by the likes of James Bay, Manic Street Preachers, Bastille and Maximo Park, alongside a whole host of other unmissable acts.

The second stage contains a diverse array of talent, which will appeal to a whole host of music fans. On Saturday the legendary Craig David is accompanied by rising Grime star Dave, Pop king MNEK and Tom Grennan, whose debut album is set to hit the charts next week. On the Sunday Years and Years are joined by Tom Walker, future Pop superstar Nina Nesbitt and the ridiculously talented Tokio Myers.

Across the weekend there’s an undeniable amount of talent representing a considerable amount of different genres. Particular highlights include streaming sensation Lewis Capaldi, Turtle Tempo favourite KYKO, and Ten Tonnes.
