It’s no secret that some of the greatest bands to walk the earth hailed from the charming northern city of Sheffield. True to its nature, Sheffield’s latest, The SSS, are an indie quintet set to blow apart the charts at the seams.
The SSS are certainly going from strength to strength, with being named ‘Best Unsigned Band 2015’ in the Exposed Magazine awards and Fred Perry Subculture listing that the boys were “a Sheffield band you need to hear” back in September.
There’s always a gap in the musical market for some fresh talent and nobody has any doubts that The SSS can fill that gap with some solid concrete tunes.
Their latest single, officially released on the 11th of November and entitled ‘The One You Need’, is sure to get audiences going for it with ballad-like lyrics and a guitar riff that cuts through and hints at the bands huge musical influence – Band Of Skulls.
