Today we have the honour of featuring Australian artist Ainslie Wills, who will be arriving in the UK this month for the release of her new single “Drive“, meaning once she wins you over with this track (posted down below), you’ll have the chance to see her perform live!
Ainslie Wills, capturing even the attention of The Guardian and Rolling Stone, is well on her way to fame. Her track “Drive“, a song off her EP titled “Oh the Gold” is captivatingly beautiful and bold. It’s rare to see female artists dedicating themselves to a more blues-y genre of music, and Wills is making sure to take the crowned title of artist of the year, no matter how minimal the number of female artists in this category needed to inspire her. She’s paving a way for herself and making a name. It’s no shock GroupLove and Vance Joy have chosen her to support their shows!
