INTRODUCING: Fond Of Rudy

It almost feels like there’s been some kind of gold-rush/influx of fresh, new, upcoming indie-pop acts from the South Coast of England in recent years, and Brighton-based outfit Fond Of Rudy are undoubtedly one of them.

The band’s new single ‘The Line’ is about frustrations within a relationship and trying to figure out when it’s time to finally draw (yep you guessed it) ‘the line’.

So it’s pretty deep right? Well, yeah, but I’m just gonna warn you now that this upbeat track contains some pretty infectious guitar riffs that may get stuck in your head for a while.

If you’re an avid listener of the likes of Two Door Cinema Club, Eliza and the Bear and fellow Brighton-based bands Fickle Friends and High Tyde; then there’s a pretty good chance that your ears will thoroughly enjoy Fond Of Rudy.

We’ll be certainly looking forward to hearing a lot more from the band over the coming months as they plan to release a few more tunes before the end of the year – let’s just hope that they spoil us all with some more indie-pop goodness!
